Inertia, one of the country’s prominent real-estate developers, was aiming to create a new luxury residential development in El Hasana Dome area. With the real estate category being as cluttered as it is, we were approached in order to work on a concept that allows for this new brand to stand out amidst the rest.
Our key challenge was to identify a concept that is unique to this brand, making it come to life through a solid identity that is clearly translated across all touch-points, while delivering the main essence of the brand. As such, we highlighted the development’s phenomenal location; it sits on the highest point of a multi-contoured land plot. In bird’s eye view, the area resembles a beautiful tightly-terraced stretch of land. We incorporated that insight into the identity, capturing the brand’s most distinctive feature and turning into a unique brand story.
